KATY SAYS: I couldn’t sleep one night when I was young and came downstairs to see my parents watching Fellowship. I entered at the scene where Boromir is dying on the ground and it upset me so much I avoided watching the rest of the movie for YEARS. 10/10 a perfect film.
ERIC SAYS:
The ultimate “Friends being there for each other” movie, Fellowship brings us into a world with a verisimilitude that has yet to be matched in the 20-plus years since its release.
Before that, it seemed like it was just a bunch of books that nerds and stoners loved. I was a nerd who hung out with stoners, so naturally, it was my thing. I got a lot of cred from explaining the lyrics of Led Zeppelin’s Battle of Evermore to North Delta’s most mellow.
